$400,000 Base Salary + RVUs + Sign-On Bonus

• Low‑Risk Focus: Primarily low‑risk OB cases, averaging 10-15 deliveries per month per provider
• Dedicated OR and Clinic Time: 3 days of clinic and 1 OR day per week, with manageable call responsibilities
• Generous Compensation: $400,000 base salary, RVU‑based bonuses, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Support, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, malpractice)

Qualifications

• Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in OBGYN
• MD or DO from an accredited residency program
• ACLS certified and eligible for an Oregon medical license
• New graduates, experienced physicians, and international medical graduates are encouraged to apply
